Refund policy

We want you to love your pair. If you don't, you have 30 days to send it back.

30 day returns
You can return any pair within 30 days of it arriving for a refund, even if you have worn it. Return postage is at your cost.

If you bought the Day Ones bundle and return one pair, we refund what you paid for that pair after the bundle saving.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your pair arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, message us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. We cover the return postage in this case.

How to start a return
Message us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds
Once your pair arrives back with us, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
